Food and Beverage – Outlet Supervisor

  • Maintains the daily operation including processing customer orders
  • Completes orders; maintains food and beverage readiness and serving area
  • Collects and verifies revenues
  • Keeps supplies ready and equipment operating
  • Maintains safe, secure and healthy work environment

  • Responsible for the promotion of a safe workplace which is achieved by the understanding of the obligations listed in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Positive and progressive leadership focused on developing all team members as customer focused stars.
  • Communication, including listening, positive feedback and feedback for improvement with team member.
  • Assists in all cash handling functions including POS system, registers and daily reports.
  • Assures Outlet areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, preparation and service.
  • First point of contact for all team members.
  • Completion of monitoring team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with communication log (new policies, procedures, advertising & promotions, etc.)
  • Assist with opening / closing supervisory shifts.
  • Update Call Forecasting with call offs (sick, absences - excused or unexcused).
  • Lead by example according to Great Expectations (training manual) and RIACT (Respect, Integrity,ccountability, Competence and Teamwork).
  • Flexibility in shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Attend the required training classes.
  • Customer obsessive and customer service driven personality. Creative thought process and creative ability.
  • Flexibility in schedule and task processing. Ability to accommodate Bear Claw Outlet needed scheduling requirements.
  • Basic cash handling knowledge and accountability.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 25 lbs., stand/sit for long periods of time.
  • A completed police clearance is to be submitted as a condition of employment.
  • Must be Smart Serve certified if age 18 or older.
